Expect an email within 3-5 business days to let you know when your order has shipped and is on the way.
Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days using Zendrop's shipping vendors.
Standard delivery time is 5 - 15 days, but please note that this varies for each country.

All orders over 1090,- NOK ($100) qualify for Free Shipping.

Import duties and Taxes (VAT)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the destination country. MeeowShop is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the item's full amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Meeow-Shop@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for all parties.
